SeenIQ Community Guidelines

SeenIQ connects athletes, recruiters, coaches, trainers, and organizations. Safety, honesty, professionalism, and respectful behavior are required so recruiting and training discovery can stay useful.

Athlete accounts are for users age 13 and older. Recruiter, coach, and trainer accounts are for users age 18 and older. Do not create an under-13 account, impersonate another person, use a false role, or misrepresent recruiter, provider, coach, school, team, club, organization, or facility identity.

SeenIQ prohibits grooming, sexual solicitation, sexualization of minors, requests for intimate images, coercive or secretive adult/minor communication, threats, retaliation, inappropriate requests to move communication off-platform, manipulation through recruiting or scholarship promises, and exploitation of athletes or families.

Do not bully, threaten, intimidate, target, degrade, or repeatedly contact someone who does not want contact. Discriminatory or hateful conduct based on protected or personal characteristics is not allowed.

Fake identities, fake recruiting offers, fake credentials, misleading metrics, impersonation of schools or clubs, fraudulent trainer listings, scams, spam, and payment fraud are prohibited.

Do not share another person's private contact, location, account, school, family, or personal information without permission. Do not post another person's image, profile data, or content unless you have the right to do so. Do not attempt to identify or retaliate against someone who blocked or reported you.

Sexual content, graphic violence, threats, exploitation, illegal content, self-harm encouragement, malware, malicious links, and other objectionable content are not allowed on SeenIQ.

Do not send bulk unsolicited outreach, scrape athlete or provider data, use bots, bypass rate limits or access controls, evade bans or blocks, or use SeenIQ for unauthorized commercial collection or resale of data.

Only upload or link content you own or have permission to use. This includes profile photos, highlight links, logos, banners, team images, organization content, trainer content, and media from external services.

SeenIQ provides tools to report profiles, listings, messages, and concerning behavior, and to block users where blocking is available. Users can also contact SeenIQ Support. Reporter identity is not intended to be exposed to the reported user through normal product flows.

SeenIQ may remove content, hide profiles, restrict features, suspend or deactivate accounts, permanently delete or tombstone accounts, preserve safety records, or take other action where needed. SeenIQ does not promise a specific response time or outcome for every report.

SeenIQ is not an emergency service. If someone faces immediate danger, contact appropriate emergency services, local authorities, a parent, guardian, school official, coach, or another trusted adult.
