Terms of Service

Athlete accounts are available to users age 13 and older. Recruiter, coach, and trainer accounts are available to users age 18 and older. Users under 13 are not permitted to use SeenIQ. You must provide a truthful age-eligibility confirmation and accurate role information. Organization and training-provider management is performed by individual user accounts with assigned permissions, not by a separate organization login identity.

You are responsible for accurate registration information, protecting your login credentials, using the role that matches your real platform purpose, and the content or actions submitted through your account. Do not impersonate another person, misrepresent your affiliation, share an account in a way that undermines accountability, or attempt to bypass age, role, verification, suspension, reporting, or blocking controls.

Athletes or their authorized representatives are responsible for profile accuracy, visibility choices, school/team claims, metrics, GPA, achievements, photos, highlight links, and other profile content. SeenIQ does not independently verify every athlete claim, metric, school, team, media item, achievement, or academic detail.

Recruiters must be at least 18, represent their organization or employer truthfully, use verification workflows honestly, and use SeenIQ for appropriate recruiting purposes. Recruiters must not harass athletes, make deceptive offers, exploit recruiting pressure, improperly contact minors, scrape data, resell profile data, evade contact-request rules, or use private notes/evaluations for unlawful or discriminatory purposes. Verification badges are trust signals and do not guarantee a recruiter's identity, safety, authority, employment status, or fitness.

Coach, trainer, facility, and training-provider content may be user-created, claimed, or administratively managed. A verified, managed, claimed, or featured listing does not mean SeenIQ has performed background checks, licensing validation, insurance validation, safety inspections, endorsement, or quality guarantees unless explicitly stated in writing. Providers are independent from SeenIQ unless expressly identified otherwise. Users should perform their own due diligence before attending training, relying on credentials, paying for services, or meeting another user offline.

Organization owners, admins, staff, coaches, and other managers must have authority to manage the organization, team, roster, invitation, training, event, image, and public content they submit. Do not make false affiliation claims or invite athletes or coaches under an organization you are not authorized to represent. Sole owners may need to transfer organization or training-provider ownership before account deletion can complete.

User content includes profile information, bios, photos, logos, banners, achievements, media links, organization/training/event content, messages, reports, evaluations, notes, and other material submitted to SeenIQ. You retain ownership of content you own. By submitting content, you grant SeenIQ a limited license to host, store, display, resize, process, transmit, moderate, and otherwise use that content as needed to operate, secure, improve, and provide the service. You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to submit the content. After account deletion, this license ends or narrows except where retention is needed for safety, legal, security, abuse-prevention, or multi-party integrity reasons.

• No harassment, bullying, threats, stalking, intimidation, or repeated unwanted contact.
• No hate, discrimination, degrading content, or targeted abuse.
• No sexual content, sexual solicitation, grooming, sexualization of minors, requests for intimate images, or coercive adult/minor communication.
• No doxxing, private-data disclosure, impersonation, fake credentials, fraudulent recruiting, scams, spam, payment fraud, or misleading metrics.
• No scraping, bots, automated collection, malware, unauthorized commercial use, reverse engineering, or attempts to bypass access controls.
• No IP infringement, unlawful content, ban/block evasion, or attempts to bypass age restrictions.

Messaging and contact depend on current role, verification, contact request, and permission rules. Recruiters may be subject to verification and athlete acceptance before full messaging opens. Users must not pressure others to move communication off-platform for inappropriate purposes. Abusive communication can be reported or blocked. SeenIQ may review content where reasonably necessary for safety, support, moderation, security, or legal obligations.

SeenIQ may review, hide, remove, restrict, suspend, deactivate, permanently delete, tombstone, or otherwise act on accounts, listings, content, messages, reports, or activity that appear unsafe, abusive, misleading, unlawful, spammy, infringing, or inconsistent with these Terms or the Community Guidelines. SeenIQ does not promise a specific response time or outcome for every report.

SeenIQ helps users create profiles, discover athletes, manage recruiting workflows, and find training opportunities. SeenIQ does not guarantee recruiting interest, scholarships, roster spots, college admission, team selection, exposure level, contact, athletic results, academic results, performance improvement, injury prevention, trainer availability, trainer quality, facility safety, or training outcomes. SeenIQ does not provide medical, legal, academic, or recruiting agency advice.

SeenIQ may include links to third-party services such as YouTube, Hudl, trainer websites, registration sites, social profiles, event pages, or external resources. SeenIQ is not responsible for third-party content, privacy practices, terms, availability, pricing, safety, or services.

SeenIQ supports authenticated in-app deletion and a verified public deletion request flow. Deletion disables account access, removes or anonymizes personal account/profile data through the account-deletion process, and cannot be reversed through ordinary account recovery. Some records may be retained for safety, abuse prevention, security, legal obligations, dispute handling, or multi-party message integrity. Deletion may be blocked until sole organization or training-provider ownership is resolved.
