SeenIQ

Safety Center

Safety, reporting, and platform trust.

SeenIQ combines clear community rules with reporting and blocking tools to help keep recruiting and training interactions safer. If something feels unsafe or violates our rules, use the available report or block tools or contact SeenIQ Support.

Community standards

The SeenIQ Community Guidelines explain prohibited content and behavior, including harassment, bullying, threats, hate, grooming, sexualization of minors, fake recruiting offers, scams, spam, scraping, impersonation, and privacy violations.

Reporting and blocking

SeenIQ supports profile/listing reports, message reports, and user blocking where available in the product. Reports may be reviewed by authorized administrators for safety, support, moderation, and platform integrity. Blocking can help prevent unwanted contact through supported messaging and profile surfaces.

Contact-request gating

Recruiter communication is gated by current contact-request and messaging rules. Recruiters can send an initial contact request message, and full conversation access opens only after the athlete accepts where the current workflow requires acceptance.

Recruiter verification limitations

SeenIQ supports recruiter verification requests and badges as trust signals. Verification is not a guarantee of identity, employment, authority, safety, recruiting outcome, or future conduct. Users should still use good judgment and report concerning behavior.

Youth-safety expectations

Athlete accounts are for users age 13 and older. Professional roles require users to be at least 18. Adults must not use recruiting, training, scholarship, team, or opportunity pressure to manipulate, exploit, threaten, sexualize, or isolate young athletes. Users should involve a trusted adult, guardian, coach, school official, or local authority when a situation feels unsafe.

Training and provider safety

Training providers and facilities are independent unless expressly stated otherwise. SeenIQ listings, claims, verification, or featured status do not automatically mean background checks, licensing, insurance validation, safety inspection, endorsement, or quality guarantee. Users should perform their own due diligence before meeting or paying a provider.

Emergencies

SeenIQ is not an emergency service and does not monitor every interaction in real time. If someone faces immediate danger, contact appropriate emergency services, local authorities, or a trusted adult or guardian.
