Privacy at SeenIQ

This privacy summary explains how SeenIQ handles data during beta. It is written for clarity for athletes, parents, coaches, and recruiters, not as dense legal boilerplate.

Information we collect

SeenIQ collects account details such as name, email, role, profile information, recruiting metrics, sports, teams, events, media links, endorsements, saved athletes, saved searches, messages, reports, and verification request details users choose to provide.

Athlete profiles and media

Public athlete profiles may include profile images, showcase media, measurables, academic information, teams, coach context, events, and readiness indicators. Athletes control whether their profile is public from their dashboard. Uploaded or linked media should only include content the user has permission to share.

Messaging and moderation

Contact requests, conversations, message reports, and block actions may be reviewed by SeenIQ administrators to support safety, moderation, and platform trust. Recruiters can send one initial message before full messaging unlocks through athlete acceptance.

Local storage and sessions

The web app stores a session token and basic user details in browser local storage so users can stay signed in locally. Logging out clears this session data from the browser.

Recruiter verification

Recruiter verification requests may include organization name, work email, title, proof links, and notes. Verification information is used to review recruiter trust signals and display verified recruiter badges where appropriate.

Free beta access is currently available while we improve the platform with early users.
